Detailed Warranty Information: This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from TRUE VISION (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, TRUE VISION will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems? TRUE VISION will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from TRUE VISION is 365 days (1x Year) from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days (1x Year) from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

All TRUE® products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects — because we stand by the quality of our core products.
However, this warranty does not apply to any free gifts or promotional items included with your order. These items are provided as complimentary bonuses as part of special offers and are not covered by the same warranty terms as purchased products.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Slim Card Wallets, Keyrings, Sticker Packs, Mystery Gifts, or any other promotional freebies
If a free item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we’ll do our best to sort it — but they aren’t eligible for replacement or warranty claims beyond that period.
What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first register your warranty here within 30 day of purchase, then when/if needed contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
